Navy Blue Smokey Eye ( Featuring Miliani Bella Eyes Gel Powder Eyeshadow)

So I've recently started purchasing more drugstore eye shadows in hopes of creating some commendable tutorials for those of us that might be on a tight of a budget. One eye shadow single  that has caught my eye is the Milani Bella Eyes Gel Powder Eyeshadow single in "Bella Navy". These singles retail around $4, but I bought a few using a Bogo coupon at CVS and ended up getting mine for about $2.75 each after taxes.

I originally became more interested in the Milani Belle Eyes Singles after seeing a blog post by Rikki Poynter about them which can be found here:

After buying a few of these shadows, it was clear that Bella Navy was my favorite shade so I put together a Navy Smokey Eye look I've been wearing to work paired with Christina Hendricks-business-professional-yet-sultry-ass-kicking type outfits. I normally have a hard time deviating from wearing just neutrals, but now this it one of my favorite looks to wear out!

My Current Foundation Routine For Fair Skin (Mostly Drugstore)

As of lately I've been set in my ways with my foundation routine (which is unusual for me). Normally I dart back and forth between various foundations, never satisfied with the shade or finish. I'm generally a rather fair and oily skinned person so the struggle is finding a foundation that; Stays matte, stays put, and is pale enough to be on my face in the first place!
Fortunately, I got a little bit of sun lately that somehow stuck me with some color so now I've been using the original Revlon Colorstay Foundation combined with MAC Pro Longwear Concealer and it's been working great!
Here is my full foundation routine below:

Before this foundation routine I was usually wearing Makeup Forever Mat Velvet in "15 Alabaster"sometimes mixing it with a cheaper foundation. Unfortunately, it's $36 and that gets a bit pricey when you're wearing it everyday. However, It's still one of my very favorite foundations finish, wear, and shade matching so I always pull it out for special occasions.

I plan on doing more "Makeup Routine" type videos in the near future. If you're interested in an all "High End Foundation Routine" then let me know!
